bed bugs are apparently here, but these are not bed-bugs.
i call them the "black sesame seed bugs"... and they don'tmake you itch, and they don't walk fast enough to even make the cat turn her head. -
I've seen enough close up images of bedbugs to know that these are NOT bedbugs.
Plus, this is the 3-4 year that they've been invading my house in warm weather and I have never had any symptoms of bed bug bites.
