    OK..GINO TOOK TONIANN & HER FRIEND ICE SKATING. & THEY

    DECIDED TO DO THE INDOOR ROCK CLIMBING TOO, SO I OPTED OUT.

    TOO MUCH TO DO AT HOME & I NEED TO GO FOOD SHOPPING.

    THEY HAVE BEEN GONE SINCE 1 PM & THEY STILL HAVE THE ROCK CLIMBING TO DO AT 4PM AFTER ICE SKATING..

    I GOT ALOT ACCOMPLISHED AROUND THE HOUSE, GETTING READY TO GO SHOPPING & OUT TO EAT LATER WITH HUBBY!!

    Well we had a hell of a day!!!! ](*,) Went to visit my father in law today. He looked great....was speaking perfect, except he sometimes has a hard time thinking of the words but i expected worse and was so happy to see him doing so well. They say a few weeks of rehab and he should be almost back to new. So we decided to go out to dinner with my mother in law and then we stopped at BJ's....on the way to her house we hit a deer....OMG I was so scared. Then we realized it did quite a bit of damage to our van....Kevin said it looks like it busted the radiator. We had to be towed from NJ and it cost close to $400....even with AAA....that's not to mention how much it'll cost to fix the van....I'm so upset....ugh. Gonna try and sleep....see you all tomorrow.

    My son hit a raccoon and a lot of damage. My nephew John hit a deer and totaled his car out. Why don't they stay in the woods where they belong like Bambi did.....lol

    This has been a week of money, money, money, bills, bills, bills. Better these things than doctor bills Thank God. Always can replace my floors and cement. that's how i look at it.

    Debbie - Sorry about your van...that is my worse fear driving home every night, I take all the back roads and I am always thinking about the deer running in the road...glad everyone is alright.

    Janet - Good to hear from you. You probably have been snowed it up there...

    Patsy - Good luck with your new baby!!!!! You are going to love her...and yes like me, that is the closest thing to a grandchild right now, but I will take it.....LOL

    Well I have to say I am doing so good on my diet...even lost a few pounds...I have been printing out all sorts of recipes and have been following them...lets hope I can keep up the will power.....I really want to look "Human" for the summer LOL LOL

    Have a great day, have lots to do today around the house, been busy shopping for cars, both my cars' leases were up and we were deciding on trading them in or buying them out right...so far I traded in my VW and got a Honda accord, I really love it...now we have my son's VW and we may buy it or trade it in, whatever works out best money wise.

    Hi GypsieRose, You had that right about the Dentist. We went to Dr.Wynn &Dr.Seigel on 10th St & 5th Ave. The office was actually over the 5 & 10. One Dentist fit all. When some of the work got too expensive for our family, Dr. Wynn sent me to the City Clinic on Baltic street. It was only open during school hours so I had a pass to leave school every Wednesday and a pass for the trolley. I took the Smith St trolley on the corner of 5th ave & 9th st down to Baltic Street. Had to pay .50 a visit. Remember in NYC you had to have notes from a Dentist,Family Doctor and Eye Doctor each year that you were in good shape. That was when NYC took care of their own. :cheers:

    Anthony, My high School Year Book lists a Michael Diblasio at 684 Degraw st. Do not know if that is the same family you are looking for but it is all I've got. My year book is from 1951 so it is quite possible that it is the same family and they moved to your neighborhood after 1951.

    Take good care of your wife and please do not punch the Doctor in the nose even if you are frustrated with her care! [-X

    Glad to hear you are doing good on the diet.

    Well the condo is practically all done except for the Florida room, it has to be painted. We will sleep there tonight. I think we stayed long enough with Ralph and Rosa. (over two weeks)

    Will be on the road nice and early God help us 18 to 19 hour trip. Will miss the cousins and the fun and the laughs and no cooking was the best. Will miss the beautiful sunshine. Went to the beach Saturday and it was so wonderful. Yesterday the guys went out on Ronnie's boat and we girls shopped and at lunch at Johns Pass. It is by the water with stores and restaurants. Perfect two days...Back to reality tomorrow.......

    We went to Dr. Lipninsky on 4th avenue and I think 22nd street. He is why I hate the dentist. That dentist was so dark and dreary and frightening...I remember Mary the receptionist.

    THE WIFE SAW THE DOC THIS MORNING AND ALL IS FINE THE PAIN IS IT HEALING AND THE OZZING IS NORNAL FOR THIS TYPE OF A THING THE ONLY THING IS ITS GOING TO LEAVE A SCAR AND IT IS GOING TO STAY LIKE A BIG BLACK AND BLUE FOREVER AND MAY FLARE UP EVERY ONE IN A WHILE
