Bogota Latin Bistro

yea, it is a great place, isn't it. I need to add Bogota to my "will return again" list. I went a good 6 months ago, remember having a ceviche and (I want to say) salmon empanada (?) Both were very fresh and clean tasting, not over powered by unnecessary fluff.
Pretty decent drinks as well.

Go during the week if you can. It gets crazy loud and crowded on the weekends and the service can be slow. I went there a couple of weeks ago and there were two parties going on. One of the tables was using a megaphone the entire time I was there. There was also a piano playing and music being piped through the speakers. Needless to say, it was hard to carry on a conversation. The food is very good though, if a little inauthentic. The watermelon mojitos are tasty, so is the bandeja paisa if you're really hungry. The patacon con todo is listed as an appetizer, but is large enough for a meal.
