Cicles/Windsor Chophouse space

Was walking by the old Circles/Windsor Chophouse space on Bartel Pritchard Square this morning and noticed that the mailbox slot was open. I was able to grab a couple of shots of the interior and it looks like there might be some new/recent work going on inside. There was water on the floor and the brooms looked newish.

Anyone know if something is (finally) happening at this place?
