  • I absolutely loved "The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao"

  • Have you read "Drown" - his first book, a collection of short stories. He is going to read from both books, hopefully you can make it on the 31st. Have a good rest-of-week! Sahar

  • Wow, this is great! I've actually been trying to book him for the Franklin Park Reading Series. I'll try and make it.

Does the admission fee subsidize the mentorship program?

  • I have enjoyed mentoring the students at FPA for the last 3 semesters, so I've really gotten involved with fundraising for their first graduating class of 2012. 100% of admission will be donated to Frances Perkins Academy. You can see more at www.FPAnyc.com

  • Great. Thanks for the link!
