I've gotten delivery from them about 3-4 times, so hopefully others are doing the same.

Sapid is a gold mine. 13 bucks for the delivery special.entree ,appetizer and naan for 13 bucks. When they say spicy they mean it. Food quality and preparation are excellent. Eating in the dining room is 50% off noon to 3 including the weekend. These people are prompt and pleasant. The food is fresh,delicious and inexpensive. I have gained rock start status from my recommendations so far. Bombay Masalla is excellent. price is 30% for identical food and quality.

I feel bad, because Bombay Masala has lost our delivery business completely. They were good - but Sapid is just better. But for sitdown, I still stick to Franklin Avenue. It's just a better vibe I feel. But Sapid is SO good.

What, no one but Whynot and I think their chicken tekka masala is as thin as a model during Fashion Week?
It's a good deal, but- I'm sticking with Bombay.

Now you people have me wondering if we should do a Chicken Tikka caparison.
Sapid vs Franklin Ave, vs Flatbush vs Vanderbilt
like the Whopper vs Big Mac.
or Coke vs Pepsi -
We ordered from the place on Franklin, the other night. It was good, I'd order again. The wife didn't like the pakora, but thought that the naan was the best she'd had in the area.

or Coke vs PepsiHeh! Bombay Masala is the place on Franklin? I will check it out the next time I've over there. I don't understand how Flatbush and Vanderbilt are going to compete in this. Neither Joy nor Indian Taste is worth a second look once you've been to Sepid.

caparison = comparison
my spelling may be getting actually worse, but back on topic:I agree, Sapid is far superior to the other ones.
...the only reason to go Joy on Flatbush is to wonder what the owners were thinking when they bought the glow light "painting".
(this makes sense if you've been)
