About the whole 'bias' thingie... I gather that this so we can rate ratings, but... :?

Is there a consensus on what they mean? 'Neutral' is pretty easy, but 'cool' and 'wicked evil'?!

Edit: and what are the ramifications of the 'bias' votes, if any? Will a star be taken away from the post/poster rating?!
