Spring Cleaning the Berms! First one of the season!

Dear Neighbors,

Despite this week's wintry weather, we know Spring is near! The daffodils in the Berms are ready to bloom, along with the red tulips we planted last fall. We're happy to announce our Spring schedule for Friends of the Berms clean-up events. Please put these dates on your calendar!

Saturday, April 9 at 10:00

Saturday, May 7 at 10:00

Saturday, June 4 at 10:00

Saturday, June 25 at 10:00

Special Volunteer Need: Tool Pick-up In addition to our regular volunteers, we're seeking one or more persons to help with Tools. This task requires: (1) a shopping cart (or car), and (2) weekday availability (for approx 1 hour). Our Tool Volunteer picks up and returns tools to the Volunteer Office at Prospect Park (Litchfield Villa at PPW & 3rd Street). If you think you could help with this essential task - even one time - please let us know!! The faithful Bob Minsky has been doing this for several years, and we'd like to have a few other people available for the times that Bob is away. We particularly need help for the May 7 and June 4 events above. Could this be you?!?! Respond to this email ([email protected]) for details!
