small chorus looking for practice space

I'm looking for an inexpensive space where a group of singers can congregate weekly or bi-monthly to practice. Our only requirement is that we are able to leave a keyboard in the space so we don't have to schlep it around town every week.

Did you check with any of the local churches? They are usually pretty accommodating for choirs and choral groups looking for rehearsal space...
