Lost Cat (Dean Vanderbilt)

Hi,

I live on Dean between Vanderbilt and Underhill, and my indoor cat got out last night.

Her name is Lucy, and she's a tabby with white (tabby on her back and white belly). She's about 2 years old and fairly friendly. She has a white tip on her tail.

Is this the same cat in the posters that are up around the neighborhood? I've noticed a few. I hope you find Lucy. I too will keep a lookout.

Yes, this is the same cat as the one in the posters. She's still missing.

Be sure to file a missing animal report with 311 and go to the ACC website often to see cats that have been taken in. But in that area chances are she is still outside is no one has contacted you. Keep posting - she will turn up. If you need to borrow a cat trap in hopes that she is hungry and lurking around but just scared them PM me. Good luck!

There are also tons of feral cat colonies in that area so she may have joined up with one of them.

Mods - you can close this thread. She's been found! We fortuitously were leaving the apartment to go check out a possible sighting last night when we spotted her heading in to the church grounds. Thank you to everyone in the neighbourhood for looking out, calling/emailing us - this really kept us going.
