Rental space?

Hi..

I'm looking for a rental space in dyer heights, Bensonhurst, bay ridge, or park slope for about 150 people for my daughters first birthday in December. Trying to plan now because I know I need to book soon because of holiday parties. I'm hoping to find a place where all you do is pay to rent the space but bring in everything on your own (food, beverages, alcohol, etc.) I'm pretty sure even the knights of Columbus requires you to take their alcohol and pay pp rather than bring in your own. Suggestions???

There is a place in park slope located on 5th avenue between 6th and 7th. It has a sign in front "sixth memorial american legion". They rent the space out for parties and was told their prices are very low.

.......they might be on 5th between 7th and 8th....not 100% sure. just walk on 5th avenue...you can't miss it. its next to the chip shop
