After staking out my new house for this week

I learn something about my neighbor the mechanic. He puts a chair out near my property and guys just hang out infront of my building and sits there all the time. now with the fence up they sit on the fence. *sighs sight for sore eyes.

  • At least it's just a chair and they haven't pulled the couch out there yet.

i'll do that after sometime settle in the hood. this way i'll get the feel of whom to bother things with others not to. cause some people are jerks and will take things the wrong way.
  • AW that guy is really nice there and his wife runs the desk. I bet if you told them they would listen.

You might want to look into a feature that many people include in their homes, known as locks.
