I want Michelle Bachmann be the next president of the US.
Simply reason.
look most candidates suck and not going to do much difference in the next few years. these would be the dark years where congress is going to fight about which message going to carry the nation through this lost decade (much like japans lost decade).
So why do I wish to see her as potus. I want a good laugh. Have anyone seen her husband. I mean if there is a good chance he'll come out during her presidency would be great or him getting caught with another man!!

If you want someone to laugh at don't you think Palin would be the safer choice? Michele Bachmann could prove to be very dangerous while still being quite humorous. Now, if only Palin would run....
Besides, even if Marcus Bachmann gets caught with another man he will just turn to god and pray away the gay and be miraculously healed. I really doubt he will ever come out himself.

As a privileged, full-time employed white male, I could easily survive a Bachmann presidency.
The same is not true for many of my fellow citizens.

My only hope is that Michelle appears so crazy, people come out and vote against her.
....if that doesn't work, I'm going to be like Cafe Press and sell t-shirts that embrace and mock the Born Again movement.

Bachmann embodies a lot of miserable beliefs shared by a disturbuing number of our fellow citizens.
Bigotry
rejection of science and basic facts
rejection of basic economic theory
intentionally thoughtless international policyto a certain extent, we're getting what we deserve.
If people are going vote for her, or Palin, or some other tea crazy, then it will just bring about our demise that much sooner.

Which means people are going to replace all the broken store windows with heavy laminated glass or plexiglass.

If Bachmann wins I will be sca-rewed. I may have to grab the Signiciant Other, Fetus, and Dog and head to northern Massachusetts to try and live off the land. I guess it means us native NYers will have to learn to drive, but it may be our only chance at survival. I really don't want to experience that winter though....

Both are socially and fiscally conservative Evangelicals, who have no problem merging their religious views with that of the state.
I think scientists may be the worst off group in the country.
Presently, scientists are protected by the fact that only those able to memorize the periodic table are allowed to use the title Scientist.
Post 2013, Intelligent Design will be in, and the periodic table will become much smaller and easier.
