Propane for grill?

Anyone know where I can refill/replace my gas grill's propane tank? I don't have a car, so walking (ugh) distance is preferable.

thanks.

  • you could always walk to lowes :P. its on 9th st and damn forgot ave. next to the gowanus.

and get a charcoal bbq grill instead!!! they are like a billion times better flava man. its all about the flava!!! gas grilling is like cooking at home no point at all.
  • I don't know the answer to your question, but if you actually own your place and already have a gas line for your stove, you should ditch the propane and have them run a line directly out to your grill. Then you never have to worry about running out, or having to go fill your tank.
  • Pincheck on Flatbush and Bergen.
  • I'm in the same boat kid, and the only places I'm aware of are Home Depot and Lowes. Either I get a friend to drive me (I have 2 tanks, one as back up) or when in a major bind, I have Arecibo take me for a round trip. Sucks that none of the gas stations have propane and there isn't a delivery service either. blah
