My friends and i were really excited about getting a place along sterling at washington. But apparently, now the owner seems to want a professional couple instead of 3 people to live there. I have no idea what is gonna happen for sure but we are probably gonna have to start searching... again...

So now i'm here - anyone knows of anyone who has a 3BR for rent?

Preferably without brokers because we've gotten screwed over by 2 in 2 weeks. Yep one tried to cheat us of our credit check money, the other was just unknowledgable about the area, house, landlord requirements, etc. UGH! All these people just want money without really doing their job.


I have enough broker horror stories to last me a lifetime. That aside, i am a pathetic loser who is still willing to work with one if it's an absolute must.
I have fallen in love with the neighborhood after hardcore lurking through these pages and hanging out in the nabe just cos i like it.


so.. er... 3BRs anyone?
