Gross
I just walked down 15th Street from the park after a run (dodging aggressive cyclists and clueless pedestrians and live and dead rats, but that's another thread) and between 8th and the Park, a person a short distance away from me suddenly pulled down his/her pants, squatted, and urinated right on the sidewalk.
 Unbelievable. I mean, I know there is public urination in Brooklyn but people are usually a bit more discreet about it. This was in daylight with people around. Yuck.

That's too bad. There is a shelter for unfortunates in the nearby armory.

One of them may have been wandering.
Life in the big city, I guess. -

this is my block we're talking about; we had to get a gate installed to the stairs of our basement because some homeless guy kept shitting down there. my neighbor even caught him IN THE ACT and yelled at him and he just kept doing it right in front of her.

Subject: Stopping Suddenly
Hey, it's hard to put the brakes on big brown. Once the caboose is loose, there's no stopping it. -

So that's where derelicts take care of business...I always wondered.
I'm suddenly real happy I have no basement - or basement stairs, I should say. Hope the gate sorted that situation out. -

yes, several hundred dollars--$40? $700? don't remember... fixed the problem. and i was not pleased about having to spend this $$ -
This has been happening on my block for the past month. There is a "homeless" lady who we like to call "Most Fashionable". She always looks cracked out but is always wearing very trendy clothes. I have seen her squatting between cars several times. A neighbor yelled for her to stop but it had no real effect. She just kinda stared and kept "going".
I can't help but feel sorry for her. -
oh my, i was running around the park a couple weeks ago and saw some woman doing the same thing on flatbush ave around 7am. tons of cars going by. she got back in a cab with a friend, i just assumed she must've really had to go. (thank goodness she was just peeing)
it was a bit much to see a large ass at 7am, i really wasnt prepared for that. -

in this very particular circumstance, does the size of the ass really matter?

nah, just speculation -
I don't want to see anyone's bare ass in public, I don't care how nice an ass it is.
On the topic of gross, two rats crossed my path while I was running in the park tonight (on the little dirt path next to the road). I know there are rats in the park, I don't get too freaked out about it, but I'm a little sick of seeing them almost every time I go there. -

At least they didn't urinate or deficate in public.
