Hey does anyone know where i can find a notary public in the PH area?

Real estate offices sometimes have one. If you're out, just start looking in business windows and you might start to notice signs that either say they have a notary public or "no notary".
In Park Slope, the Chase bank on 7th Ave has one during business hours, or so I've been told my many people.

Away We Go Postal advertises notary services. I haven't used them, but I noticed it on their advertisements.
