Advice for buidling management company — Brooklynian

Advice for buidling management company

hi there,

The board of my building is looking to hire a new management company.

Our budget is not high - our building is slowly improving and we need a profesionnal (small) company that could keep the building in a good shape and work on the common charges arrears.

Any recommendations?

Any other board members on the forum in the same kind of situation? (condo building in a transition phase)

Thanks a lot

  • I own a small apartment building and have used goldin management for years. I can gighly recommend them. They also manage a lot of coops.

  • Oops highly? Damn auto correct

  • I second Goldin Management and Dan Miller, he has made a big difference in our Co-op.

  • I run a property management company that focuses on small to midsize buildings and provides maintenance, financial management, and business administration services. We manage coops and condos that range in size from 3 to 32 units and can provide strong referrals. Send me an email if you are interested and we can discuss further.

    Thanks,

    John

  • We use Goldin, and so far we've been very happy. Leaps and bounds better than our former company (Esquire.)
