looking for 2 br clinton hill apt. 1200-1900/month

Hi, my roommate and I are two young professional women looking to rent a 2 br. Clinton Hill/Fort Greene apartment with a May or June move in date. We are able to pay between 1200 and 1900 a month, preferably with utilities included. I've been trying craigslist postings but I'm finding a lot of scammers looking to charge me for their bogus credit counseling services and I hoped this might be a better way! We have no pets, we're non smokers, but a non-smoking building not a priority. Proximity to the train would be a plus. Please let me know if you have any leads!

If you mean to do a credit check on you gals, that is definitely the standard here in Brooklyn...i cant think of any agencies that do not run a credit check on potential clients.....

Plus....to find a decent two bed in proper clinton hill (not deep into bedstuy) im pretty sure anything under 1800 wont be a possibility...unless youre ok with eastern clinton hill (read: bed stuy ish)

1. You will not find a 2 bedroom in that price range.

2. Every tenant in brooklyn has to undergo a credit check. I tell prospective tenants to go to any real estate office and get one done. Costs around $40.

3. I may have a large 1 bedroom with 2 entrances in park slope in May or June. Commonly used by 2 tenants. let me know if your interested
