LOOking for roommate to share our apt

Two young professional, a female and a male, both cool, down to earth people. We're looking for a third roommate to share our comfortable spacious apt.The apartment is located in Crown Heights on the 3 train line. It's a five minutes walk to the subway. The Brooklyn Museum is in walking distance, Prospect Park a couple stops on the train, and we have roof top access.We're looking for the right person to move in first week of July, for a lease duration a year minimum. You need to be Clean, Respectful, Considerate, and Responsible. The rent is 750 and all utilities are included (wireless internet direct TV, gas, electricity). The room that would be your bedroom is 12x11, it fits a queen size bed. The room is not furnished. You would share living room space with one person and all 3 of us share bathroom kitchen and a long hallway.
