2. Poet/writer, 61, with day job.

If you want quiet, privacy, and no drama, this is for you. One mon sec dep and agreement to give 30 days' notice upon leaving required. Longer term tenancy preferred.

Location is near 45 St R train and B63 (5th Ave) bus, Supermarkets, laundries, (inexpensive) produce stands, Duane Reade, lots of Latin and Mexican food. Sunset Park 4 blocks away, 58 St Pier, Bay Ridge and Alpine movie theater (cheap) a short bus ride away.
