Any different from your average sausage-and-sock affair?
http://www.washington-avenue.org/ -
Pretty different.
....it is smaller business district than your average Street Fair, and there are far more local businesses than outside vendors. For better or worse, last year there were no food trucks or sock guys.
This year the Kimchi Taco truck is supposed to be there, in advance of opening their store on Washington Ave this fall.
Because it is on the PH/CH neighborhood border, the OP might have flipped a coin before placing an existing thread in the CH section.

Mods: can I get a merge of the threads?

The above thread is about least year's event.
I think this year's flyer looks better:

THE NEIGHBORS from Crown Heights, Brooklyn have been added to the bill Playing at 3pm
The Neighbors play slightly poppy out of tune punk anthems of otherwise messy Ramones/Stoner influenced surf songs and like all good New York City bands there is always a hint of the Velvet Underground on the edge of every guitar riff or vocal harmony.
