I'm all fuhklempt from logging so many miles this month. Can anybody recommend somewhere/someone I could possibly go to this afternoon, preferably in the slope, preferably sports massage I guess.

  • I went to Leslie a few months back for a sports massage. She's really good. You mentioned you're logging a lot of miles, if you're a member of NYRRC, you get 10% off. I'm a member, but she did not ask for any evidence of that.

    Spent an hour with Jessie and went for the so called runners special. Nearly fell asleep several times.
