Hi there--

I just saw this thread-- anyone who commented on it four years ago still around on the block and able to give some feedback on what's going on now? Has the situation improved or are the kids still hanging around sometimes?

Her audience is very local and knowledgable about the area. You can ask them questions as they hiss at Ryan.

yes- I think you are right. I can't make it tonight- but I will make sure to look for you at Sepia over the weeks to come and will say hello to Delissa. I am pretty sure I am going to take the apt. I have walked back over a couple times over the past few days and night- and think it is going to be quite alright. ;-)

The neighborhood has changed a lot in the last few years, and continues to change with each move-in date. Not passing judgement, just an observation. Sepia is a great call, a friendly smile and hello to those who live in your community goes a long way.
