Power dips this a.m.?

Folks - anyone else having mini brownouts this morning? Had 4 or 5 in the last hour.. near GAP. Wondering what the scoop is.

I fear rain has the dissolved salt left over from the snow, and the salt water is now finding its way into an underground electrical junction.

....might be a good time to plug sensitive electronics into a surge protector.

Yup, manhole explosion, firetrucks, block cordoned off.. Doesn't seem like anyone was hurt though.

Also, I should add - apparently parts of Underhill haven't had power since last night.

Most of my house on 9th has been without power since last night, ConEd told me this morning when I called that at least a dozen houses have reported problems in the area.

I was having a few little "flickers" this morning (not no loss of power) and when I took my cousin to school at around 8:15 there were a couple of fire trucks on Underhill (closer to Park and Sterling).
