New windchimes

Recently someone had the idea that the area around Pacific St/Hoyt St was too peaceful and has decided that some loud windchimes clanging away 24 hours a day was just the thing to disturb it. The issue - apart from the noise and the incredible selfishness of putting up windchimes in such a built up area - is that it's sufficiently built up that we can't pinpoint exactly where they are coming from in order to put in a complaint. Anyone know where they are located? D

Maybe it's whoever stole the wind chimes in the below thread. If no one comes forward maybe try taping signs up to light poles in the area? You could offer a reward if someone brings them to you, dead or alive.
