Mob Scene at Lincoln Washington This Morning

Looked like (?) a cat burglar trapped by folks on the fire escape at the section 8 building.

Said cat burglar looked willing to jump off fire escape.

Lots of spectators.

Anyone know how this scene resolved itself?

If I was going to take advantage of people leaving their windows open to enjoy the warmer weather, I would not pick that building to burglarize.

Not enough laptops, cash and jewelry.

From what I could tell and from the dude in the deli. it looks like some one violated parole.

My story was INS and they were trying to send him back to his country, Cause I heard him say I don't want to go back.

He did jump from the fireacape to a widow sill with the use of cable lines. Pretty scary. Then climbed in the window and ran to the roof and took of fast

But it was fun watching 10 overweight white policeman chase the young man
