New hardware store on Rogers

I'm told... The new renovation on Rogers between Carroll and President will be a hardware store. They are taking down walls between three "store front" units and making one big one. This is on the west side of the street. New metal gates were installed recently (hard to miss). Looks like it will be big.

These "store fronts" were previously bricked over... been that way for at least 6 or 7 years, probably longer.

There is also a new bar opening up a few doors down. Next to the laundry mat.
