Lately there have been more shootings in this part of Crown Heights than I remember in a long time. It's a pity that S.O.S. is not having the desired effect. But, I give them lots of credit for trying and keeping all this in the forefront.

Actually, as an overall trend, the stats are saying shootings in Eastern CH are going down over the long run.

...but media coverage of said shootings is seemingly up.
In the past, folks getting shot without dying would get no coverage.
