Just closed on a new property, 651 New York Avenue, where we'll be building 40 luxury condominium units, with private elevators and large open terraces. Thanks again to the OWNERS CLUB (http://www.helloliving.com/the-owners-club/) who pre-bought units at developer's cost. This will be an amazing project. Stay tuned for more exciting news.

    I used to live in this area about three years ago. Did the (very similar looking) building on the northwest corner of New York and Lefferts ever get finished? Judging from Google Street View, it was going to be auctioned but this was back in June 2011.

    Never knew the full story on this building but in the year that I lived in the area, no work was done on it despite the infrastructure looking to have been totally finished.

    If I'm not mistaken the building on NY and Lefferts was a project that was being done specifically for the Hassidic community (kosher kitchens and Sukkot appropriate balconies). I fully expect that given the needs of that community at some point, someone will take it over and complete it.
