NW corner of st. john's and washington (where the jamaican grocery used to be)?
long closed (2008), i've seen the gates up a couple of times and guys in there drywalling.
it's across from eve's lounge/3 eve's and next to my montuno (tailor shop).
the google streetwview snap looks like it was taken just after the fire across the street or the michael jackson street party that turned into a double murder.
anyone know what we're going to get?
