Excellent Housecleaning.

My dear friend {and a great artist as well} Marta has started a small housecleaning business on the side. Yesterday she deepcleaned my place. It's fantastic and spotless! I was never so happy to wake up in my apartment!

If anyone needs a wonderful housecleaner, PM me and I'll pass on her number. Highly, highly recommended! :D

    How interesting this poll is to me, I'm a "once a month-er", so far that seems to be the norm around here.

    I voted once a week, but it's that cleaning bits and pieces here and there as I go along rather than full on house cleaning. Plus I've got roomies, so they clean as they go as well.

    (wanted my first post to be a good one rather than a complain-ey one :) )

    Ok, so you can imagine my elation at having a spotless house! Too busy to focus on it more frequently, plus I just hate doing it. :oops:

    I'm on the ground floor - sidewalk level - so the street grit comes in all the time. The poll doesn't list my actual answer - every 2 weeks. Plus I have two dogs so I run the Dyson every week.

    And cleaning my apartment is the only thing I do in my life (other than make love with my wife) that gives me instant gratification - I would never farm it out.

    SJE, can you tell us what your friend's rates are like? I have no idea what this kind of service might cost and I probably really can't afford a housecleaner, but a girl can dream!

    Every situation is different, and I ask you to please get a rate from her directly.

    It's been a lifelong dream to have someone help me like this, I'm quite happy to "farm it out". :)
