yeah its none refundable. i was being nice to all my new tenants took no deposits till the credit/back ground check cleared.

but i kinda feel bad cause she use the 32.20 for the check and now i'm thinking of renting it out again cause she doesnt seem reliable and it pisses me off she didnt even bother to call me to let me know she wasnt coming.

I know I'm late with this, but: Cripes man, don't refund that money. Friggin' idiot wasted your whole day...hopefully she needs that money bad and this will be an important lesson that will help her grow up a bit.

she didnt put anything down. it was just the 32 bucks for background check which was used already for it.

other wise she found a place already. just was waiting for them to approve them.
