    Mr. Keys??
  • Who want's to make a trip to the Brooklyn Inn before it closes down?
Damn I haven't even been there yet. I'm in. Pitu?
  • I'm in.

    BigGuy next.
  • <Butthead>Ninjas are cool.</Butthead>

    AFN?
  • wait, what's the brooklyn inn?

    help me, mamita!
  • It's this great old bar in Boerum Hill. Tin ceiling, lots of classic wood moldings and beautifull windows. I like the place, it's so reminiscent of a time gone by. Pool table in the back too. We should sooo go before they change the place in to another wannabee Manhattan "bistro."

    Right Carny?
  • Absolutely.

And I'm sure pitu will agree.
  • She probably will. Manhattan "bistros"? Bleech! That's like Union Hall w/food. Um, wait...

    WhyFi, holla at a brotha!
  • Yo. Someone say my name?

Just wondering, but when's spring REALLY gonna start, 'tea?
  • i dunno, WF. i was out walking the dogs this morning and was dumbfounded at the snow falling around my head. what the...???

what do you think about the weather today, MichaelKeys?
  • Remember that most of the big blizzards in the last 50 years have been in April. Spring is here, but be prepared for at least one more big cold snap.

    Right, stacey?
  • Can't wait for those mosquitos to come back, huh Shish?
    Just kiddin'
  • wtf snow. but at least it's not like that april fools blizzard from '93.
  • So who's in charge of scheduling for the Brooklyn Inn?

    Mama?
  • wait . . . what?

When's the next PH Happy Hour? I got a friend moving in on Park Place today! Carnitos?
  • Subject: Brooklyn Inn

    Mama?
I'll look into it. Should I make an official post on the Boerum board inviting all and polling people on dates?

Oh man, you know what this means!? cheap excuse to pick up more lard bread!

    Pitu you in?
  • I don't know, Mama - is it a school night? But the bread . . . Union and Henry, no?
Anyway, the BH board is a little slow, so don't expect too much . . .
    Right Alafair?
  • When are we having Brooklynian bowling night?

    WhyFi?
  • Sweet.

    WhyFi?
  • I'm down... but where? I think that we talked about this before, but the only place that I know of is Chelsea Piers, which is a nice place, but kinda outta the way as far as the subway. Although I could jump on a x-town bus straight from work...

    Anywho - when? Carny?
  • bowling blows. right mamita?
  • Bolwmor on Univ Pl is closer but expensive.
  • Also, bowling rocks. And remember ladies, lots of hot single guys at the alley.

    Carnivore?
  • I'm not going to bring hottness in to this, but Carnivore isn't single...

    How much more expensive, BG?
  • $9 per person per game.

    WhyFi?
  • Hmmm... Don't know if that's a lot or not... well, I guess it's kinda steep - seems like I usually end up rollin' 3 games whenever I go bowling, so that's 27 bones already... add 1 beer per every 2 frames...

Maybe I'll do a little searching when I get to work... any other places that we should look in to, Carny?
  • hello, port authority. nothing beats the vertiginous confusion of a largely sedentary sport in a transportation hub.

have you ever gone there, BigGuy?
  • No I haven't - I thought it was just buses and methodone over there. The prices appear to be similar. Maybe it's just my CT sensibilites thinking it's expensive.

    Mama?
