Whoo, damn, I just came back from Bar BQ. Stuffed with pulled pork and Mac. Frank, the owner, showed up with fresh mint and wipped up everyone at the bar a mint julep. I need a nap now.

So you're gonna BBQ today? I did yesturday , except I used an indoor electric grill , cooked cheeseburgers.

Steak sounds good , yummy.

I'm about to head out to Key Food on 7th, I know everyone says that place sucks , but I don't feel like walking up to the one on 5th.

I'm cooking my badd ass spaghetti and mozzarella for dinner, so I need to go buy the ingrediants.....so damn yummy.

Here is my recipe , so easy:

-One large onion

-Sazon Goya seasoning , the Orange box that says "Con Culantro Y Achiote" ( Coriander & Annatto).

-A box of Spaghetti (I use Pasta Barilla)

-A Jar of sauce ( i use Classico roasted garlic flavor)

-A package of shredded Kraft Mozzarella cheese.

Directions bitches:

** Pre-heat oven to 350 for later.

**Dice the onion -cook on a skillet , add some olive oil , cook till it they are soft and clear.....then add some Goya Sazon seasoning , a packet or two, stir.

**Cook whole box of spaghetti , drain and add butter or margarine immediatly so that it melts, as much as you want , stir it , then add a packet of Goya seasonings , stir it , taste to see if it is seasoned enough with the butter and goya , if not and usually it's not , keep adding more.

**Pour the spaghetti into a dish that can be used in an oven.

**Pour the onion mixture onto the spaghetti and stir.

**Pour half the jar of spaghetti sauce onto the spaghetti and then stir.

**Pour the remaining sauce on top of the spaghetti , but DO NOT STIR.

**Sprinkle the whole package of mozzarella cheese by hand , on top of the sauce.

**Throw it in the oven , till the cheese is all melted.....I like mines a little crusty so I leave it in for about 30-40 minutes.

I don't take the spaghetti out to serve in seperate dishes , my husband and I eat it together right out of the caserole dish.
We like the cheese to stay on top , and we add alot of parmesan cheese too.

You can serve it they way you want of course.

Shiskabees, I feel ya. I headed out today to enjoy the sunshine and breeze and ended up sneezing my way home.

I did get a cool bangle bracelet at a stoop sale and a book and Deco clock at the antique fair. Not too shabby.
