Monday is likely to be a slow day for dim sum, so I was thinking one of the smaller places. Maybe Nice Restaurant on E Bwy or Mandarin Court on Mott. But I'm willing to try a different one if you've got a suggestion. I've been loving World Tong lately for dim sum, but I'm not sure if they have it on weekdays. Also that place Pacificana in Sunset Park was great, but same problem. I also saw something about a place called Ming Gee on Chowhound, (although the name may have changed recently). It is on 6th Ave. and 62nd St.
EDIT: I just checked Chowhound and Pacificana does have dim sum on weekdays, although with a smaller selection.

Yeah I was gonna say that Pacificana scales down the selection on weekdays. I'll leave it up to you. You or Em next.

Mamacita , what I was saying about the mountain had nothing to do with 300 hotness being there. Sadly , we've missed our chance thanks to Leeloo Tiki Tembo yada yada. So , if you want to get her back for not letting us partake in her partaking , the mountain is a good place to do so.

I stopped at the green market on my way home. Local strawberries are in season!

folks, get the berries, seed them, puree them, throw in some tequila and triple sec), and place it in the freezer for handy, half-prepared frozen berry margaritas. great stuff! alcohol keeps stuff slushy YUM!
