Board changes ***FIXED!!***

Hi everybody,

We did some long-overdue revamping of the boards. Please do let me know if you have any questions. Here's a rundown:

1. The “karma” system, in its current form, is far too much work to maintain (and explain), so it’s been taken down. It was also redundant, since we have a "rate this post" function.

2. A couple new boards have been added. The Lounge (general chat), and Board Administration (general discussions about how the site works or doesn’t work).

3. The board index has been reorganized. The Neighborhood Boards are for neighborhood-specific discussions only. Any other discussion belongs in one of the “More Boards!” boards, including The Classifieds, Randomstuff: New York and Beyond, Lounge, or Board Administration.

UPDATE: Almost forgot to mention (4.) a new Brooklyn Pets forum, due to the volume of neighborhood board pet posts that are actually relevant to much more than one neighborhood.
