I'm next. How 'bout that? Anyway, Em, the Touch does not require a monthly fee as long as you already have wireless. The phone requires a data plan, but not the touch.

free hotspot or pay some minimal fee to get yourself hooked up -
if you have wireless at home, that'll work.
