    I'll probably only go to one place, Tasty Dumpling on Mulberry. I think they may have non-pork dumplings, but definitely not agar agar. It is kind of far from Grand though and I was hoping for something closer. Scarlett, Mamacita, anybody know a good cheap place that is closer? Doesnt have to be dumplings, or even Chinese.

    So Mougar, you want to bring us tasty prezzies and we can't even offer suggestions? There was a dumpling house down there on Eldridge that had 5 for $1 but I haven't been there in forevs. There's also Good Dumpling House and they have shrimp dumplings! It's on Grand. Yum.

    Mama, panna cotta doesn't travel too well, and I cannot find the non-gelatin thickener (heh heh thickener) I need to make it, but when I do, you are welcome to come over and sample it!

    mamac, i gotta tell you -- i eat a lot of mollusks in this life even, so no promises i'll curb my otter-y appetites.

    i'll make it up to you by making you lavender panna cotta next summer, when my lavender blooms again.

    mougar's got the best solution, i think -- if you're one of those giant clams from the cartoons, there's no way i can take ya.

    It's true, I like to go with the flow. That's why I've halted production at my fetal blood brewery, stopped cannibalizing Em, and promised to be good. We'll see if it lasts through Festivus.

    Wendy's is not all that. I ate in there once and never went to another Wendy's ever again. Why you might ask?
    Because they served my burger COLD!! I hate when my food gets cold more than I hate mustard.
    If it's supposed to be hot , than I have to eat it warm.
