Fitness classes?

  • So how was the class? I've been a member of Body Reserve for a while but I haven't checked out the spinning yet.
  • It was great, far better than some of the ones I've taken. Very upbeat and non-annoying music selection =) I'm actually considering joining the gym. I figure for the frequency that I would like to take classes (3-4 times a week), it makes sense to get their yearly membership. It would also get me to commit to go to the classes after I spend the cash!
  • Well, the gym comes highly recommended by me even if you don't use the rest of the facilities. It's never too crowded; the guys that work there are really friendly; and you definitely can't beat the price anywhere really. I know some have criticized it for being supposedly a "meat head" place, whatever that means, but I don't see it.
  • Yeah, I think it's because it's a no frills place. But as a non weight-lifting, girly pink-loving female, I felt very welcome there. That's good nuff for me.
  • How much is membership at the bank?
I tried to find a website for them, but failed.
Do they do dance-related exercise classes?
    Are you still going?

(Yes, I am reviving this thread. I have finally given up dieting and decided to try a gym again. Of course I'll probably only go for 3 months and lose all my money, like always --soo sad)
  • I think it is $595 for a year at Body Reserve. I am hoping to join this week too. I feel like a slug.
