  I also feel there needs to be a serious look at who is really part of the community on 16th/15th St and whether THEY are going to be good neighbors to this new facility, not the other way around.

  Haaaaaa...anybody else pick up on this clever attempt at the ol' switcheroo?

  1st violent incident involving one of the new tenants , I'd hate to be on FAC at that time. Sad but true.
