So DailyHeights goes to all the trouble to create a forum just for the chatty Cathies and y'all aren't using it?! For SHAME!

I'm not sure if everone knows about the Lounge area. That might be a reason. The first time I checked it, it was loaded with all of armchairs old threads.

Thanks for the compliment, but I can't take credit for mine. With the exception of my old avatars (the Fox 5 dude and "Hello Fitty"), I've gotten them off Livejournal. I've got a big folder of 'em, mostly the Simpsons and some Futurama. They're just so relevant! I've got one of a sign that says "Paradise Pier closing. Coming soon: Condos for Rich Idiots" that I want to use but I just can't give this one up.

ETA: Also a funny one of Zapp Brannigan saying "I've never heard of such a brutal and shocking injustice that I cared so little about" but I haven't used that one because it would probably be inappropriate as often as it's appropriate. :?

i know you can't nominate yourself, but i really like yours, appollonia.

also, carnivore's makes me giggle since he's often saying something that would be really funny if a little stuffed lambikin said it.

Aww, thank you! Mine's swiped too, honestly, but this is really just for fun anyway.

hey thanks guys. i found a boatload of avatars on some site but i can't remember where. i can send anybody a whole bunch of avatars through e-mail or iChat. just let me know. shishkab gets one of my votes. there are three amstaffs in my family and the pic reminds me of one my pooches. awww. also djuoh's is really hilarious because it is so him. classic. hmm i'll have to peruse threads and make a not of some good ones.
