Our LCD TV just broke and we are out of warranty time. Anyone used a fair brooklyn repair place to get your tv fixed?

thanks!

  • Get your TV fixed? People actually do that in America? I didn;t think so, we live in a disposable society. Throw it out, buy a new one.
  • J + R on 7th and... um.. president? in the slope. good guys.

I went there with a broken coffee grinder. When they were finished laughing at me - all three of them, I think I was that day's entertainment - they told me to buy a new one in their shop.
  • Subject: time machine

anywhere on fifth avenue from bergen to around tenth street

    circa 1992
  • I was going to say J+R too. I like them, and I've found them to be upfront about whether it's worth it to get something repaired (most recently a food processor).
