Any ideas on going rate at 545 Washington
Web info says that the condos going up (between Fulton and Atlantic) will be studios-3BR and average 1,065 SQ. That sounds pretty big. How much do you think? I hope this means we get a damn bank on the Fulton/Washington corner.
