school district name on tax form?

Anyone know what our school district name is? I'm printing out my taxes and this is the only field I can't complete. thanks.

    So no one could answer this? What, you guys don't do your own taxes?

    Anyway, for future reference, Prospect Heights can either be Region 6 or 8. Call up your local public school to confirm.

    Huh? p43 of the instructions lists only one district for Kings Co. -- name:Brooklyn code:071.

    I'm with gtrain - you just write "Brooklyn" and underneath it you put code "071."

    We probably didn't answer cause we were all busy doing our taxes on Sunday. :)

    PS - they're actually not due until today.
