Kickball League in Prospect Park - Come Join Us!

Please Join the World Adult Kickball Association in Prospect Park this Spring for co-ed Kickball! WAKA is the largest kickball association in the world, spanning 35 states and 5 countries.

Our league in Prospect Park is set to begin on Monday, June 4th NOTE THIS IS A DATE CHANGE, and continues every Monday through early Summer. Registration includes 8 regular season games, playoffs, a team shirt, specials at a select post-game bar, and a mid-season and end of season party.

    Third, I'm a little hesitant to join a kickball league as I have a friend who is kind of an uberhipster who plays in the Williamsburg league and that sort of turns me off. Conversely, I love kickball...

    As for the uberhipster - what does that have to do with what I asked? Unless uberhipster equals cute guy in some cities?

    I finally heard back from them - I had to go to kickball.com to send an inquiry. It's $65 per person to join, and you can join as an individual, a team or a bunch of friends. The season starts May 7.

    I am planning to join - I need something to get my fat arse off the couch! Of course, any calories burned may be negated by the post-game beer.

    That... well... sucks. No way I, or any of my friends, could make that (work in Manhattan, get off at 6, an inability to break the time/space continuum).

    Well, we could always try and organize a game of our own. We'd only need like 20 people. Maybe before a Brooklynian happy hour some time.
