Body reserve members, what fitness classes do you recommend?

I'm still relatively new to this workout thing and I've been trying to drag myself to the gym. I was just wondering if anyone here has tried classes they enjoyed and would recommend. So far, I've only taken spinning with Emily. I have the class schedule but I have no clue where to start..

  • Susan, who teaches the Pilates and the Ball class, is really great.

    I've also done one or two personal training sessions with her, just to get a good program together, and it was very helpful. If you're really new to working out, you might consider that. It's a great way to start.
