Does anyone know anything about the Ping Pong Building on Classon and Clifton Place? Is it a good building? Any feedback, positive or negative, would be much appreciated

  first sign of gentrification many moons ago. that's all i know.

  It looks run-down from the outside, broken windows even. Not the cool loft place it pretends to be. The tax abatement is about to expire, so expect huge monthly charges.
