Anyone ever rent from this guy before? I'm considering one of his places and would like to know his reputation, if he has one. If he doesn't, that's probably a good thing, right?

Yeah, he has a website and a few residential and commercial listings. Seems pretty small-time. That's why I can't find anything out about him I guess.
