Vacuum Repair? — Brooklynian

Vacuum Repair?

shredder
edited November -1 in Prospect Heights
My Hoover vacuum went kaput on me -- I think it's the motor (already tried the belt, which seems to be fine), and I'm thinking of getting a professional to fix it before I drop $200+ on a new one (or $50 on a used one, which is how I got this one... no surprise it broke).

Can anyone recommend a repair person, preferably in the neighborhood?
